1. General information

1.1. This webinar is organized by Hasta La Vista José Luis Quiñonez Raxon, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
1.2. By registering and participating in the webinar, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.1. Registration for the webinar is mandatory.
2.2. During registration, you must provide true and current data.
2.3. The link to participate in the webinar is private and cannot be shared with third parties.

3. Recording a webinar

3.1. The webinar may be recorded and made available later by the Organizer.
3.2. By participating in the webinar, you consent to the possible recording of your activity, e.g. questions asked in the chat or participation in the discussion.
3.3 If you do not consent to being recorded, you should not actively participate in live discussions.

4. Webinar Content and Copyright

4.1. All materials presented during the webinar (including recordings, slides, presentations) are the property of the Organizer.
4.2. It is prohibited to record, copy, distribute or use the materials without the written consent of the Organizer.
4.3. Materials provided to participants may be used only for educational and personal purposes.

5.1. By registering, you agree to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of organizing and implementing the webinar.

6. Changes and cancellations

6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, modify the content or cancel the webinar.
6.2. In case of changes, registered participants will be notified by email.
6.3. No refunds are available for free webinars.

7.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical problems of participants.
7.3. The Organizer is not responsible for the consequences of using the information provided during the webinar.

8. Rules of participation

8.1. Participants are obliged to behave in a cultured and professional manner.
8.2. Offensive behavior, spamming and promotion of own services and products are prohibited.
8.3. The Organizer has the right to remove a participant who violates the webinar rules.
